If your event falls in one of the months listed above, please call us as soon as your dates are firm. We can put you on our calendar as far as a year out from when your event is scheduled. Having served the Western North Carolina, Upstate South Carolina and Eastern Tennessee areas since 1984, we know that the most desirable dates get snapped up by those event planners who truly plan ahead.
Even if you need to reserve a tent or party supplies for an odd date, like sometime in October or February, don’t be surprised if someone else beats you to the order. Since the weather often cooperates in late fall and early spring, event planners throughout the region opt for dates outside the normal party schedule. We do our best to accommodate everyone who contacts us, but if we’re totally booked, our hands are tied and you may need to try a different date.
